REFUNDS POLICY

If you believe you have received a defective or broken gadget, please email us as soon as possible. We will check into the situation for you right away. Please don’t mail us your used Wegovy injections unless we specifically ask you to. Unless we have specifically requested a refund in writing via email, we are required by law to delete them once they are received and are not responsible for doing so. This also holds true for medicines that have been returned to us after failed delivery efforts.

We also do have a 14 days money refund policy if you did not get delivered as planned or your parcel got lost on the way to your address.

Email us as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours following delivery, if you believe you have received the incorrect order. We’ll look into the situation and handle it appropriately.

To be clear, if you got your order and decided to cancel it (at any time after it was delivered), you will not be able to return it, and we will not be able to issue a refund. Orders can be processed and delivered the same day they are placed; as a result, if you would like to amend or cancel your order, please get in touch with us right away.
